Made in Italy from beechwood, known for its great density and resistance to liquids, this board was oiled during manufacture. For an optimum life-span and to preserve the naturally hygienic properties of the wood, we advise you to put some vegetable oil on it before using it for the first few months. Very large, it will set off your cold meats, cheeses and antipasti during convivial moments around the dinner table or put the loveliest ingredients in their best light on buffets.
